S.P.A.R.K. Belt Roadmap

Our build plan across all nine Operator belts. For each belt: what an Operator must be able to do, and the checklist of what we'll build in the server so they can.

Phoenix — this is the plan, White through Black. Tick off build items as we make them (they save on your device). The belt requirements come straight from the Master Training Guide; the build lists are a first pass — NIGEL and we will refine them. Last updated 2026-06-26 — White Belt's mission/Ninja-approval step and the belt final test are both live, and all five belts (White→Blue) are now authored with hosted lessons.

White

White Belt

RANK 1 · ENTRY
Operator must be able to
  1. Join the training program.
  2. Have a basic understanding of 6MX principles and profiling, and pass a test on these.
What we'll build

✓ Shipped (Phase 1a). Guided course engine (/spark begin), five hosted Behavior Belts lessons (foundational topics now teach the full needs map & compass, not just examples), a 15-question pretest + 10-question post-test gate, and the in-Discord hub embed.

✓ New — Mission step (2026-06-21). After the lessons, the Operator does the belt challenge (e.g. build a compass), posts it in the challenge channel, and hits Submit to NIGEL (right-click → Apps). NIGEL logs it + shouts it out, and a Ninja approves it — which unlocks the belt test. Humans judge the work; NIGEL handles the plumbing.

Yellow

Yellow Belt

RANK 2 · FOUNDATIONS
Operator must be able to
  1. Have watched/read 6 Minute X-Ray or an equivalent.
  2. Explain how the Behavioral Table of Elements (BTE) is laid out.
  3. Explain the Animal Profiling chart — what the animals mean and why humans behave that way.

Orange

Orange Belt

RANK 3 · APPLIED
Operator must be able to
  1. Study the Authority Triangle and inventory their weaknesses within it.
  2. Use small talk and elicitation with strangers to keep them engaged.
  3. Differentiate closed from open behaviors, even without knowing the meaning.
  4. Spot BTE clusters from chosen videos.
  5. Fill out blank 6 Axis, FATE, PCP, and Hierarchy of Influence models.

Green

Green Belt

RANK 4 · INTERMEDIATE
Operator must be able to
  1. Track Authority metrics daily — 30+ days consistent.
  2. Show consistent composure communicating in the server.
  3. Be fully familiar with the behavior compass and fill one out in under 6 minutes, real time.
  4. Note all applicable behaviors in a 10-min BTE video at 70% accuracy.
  5. Understand Scripts and how to use them in influence.
  6. Explain how FATE influences behavior, with examples (cults, politics).
  7. Perform Positive Associations and Negative Dissociations across any 6 Axis and any Human Need.
  8. Flawlessly perform Cialdini statements.
What we'll build
Blue

Blue Belt

RANK 5 · ADVANCED
Operator must be able to
  1. Continuously improve on Authority Triangle weaknesses (appearance, daily schedule, finances, stress/composure interventions).
  2. Keep honing profiling — upload compasses and BTE analyses, join watch parties.
  3. Integrate 6MX data into their language (a subject's adjectives, pronouns, tailored language).
  4. Demonstrate a real stranger approach (elicitation, confusion, embedded commands, association/dissociation).
  5. Explain the 6 Axis Model and the neuroscience of influence behind their techniques.
  6. Use embedded commands, basic confusion statements, and basic + Advanced Influence techniques.
  7. Explain the PCP model in detail and adapt it across contexts.
What we'll build
Brown

Brown Belt

RANK 6 · EXPERT
Operator must be able to
  1. Sustain Authority uploads for 3+ months with a high average score.
  2. Make profiling/influence second nature — Locus of Control, reading needs & decision maps from visual cues, creating novelty.
  3. Be fluent in confusion (incl. 6MX-infused) and understand basic Cognitive Biases.
  4. Use language for influence — Regression, Dissociation, deviance escalation.
  5. Explain the neurology of advanced influence and master Advanced Influence techniques.
  6. Identify and adapt scripts fluidly.
  7. Apply the Interrogation Confession Method, hypnotise someone, and run complex scenarios with TCP.
What we'll build
Purple

Purple Belt

RANK 7 · MASTERY
Operator must be able to
  1. Score 4/5 on all Authority Metrics daily (energy/charisma, emotional control, clear communication, ego set aside / fourth lens).
  2. Influence a sleep-deprived subject (no food 6 hrs prior).
  3. Master confusion statements and the "Kelly Method."
  4. Approach anyone and hold a 10-minute conversation that keeps interest.
  5. Use Voice and Mask Removal and hypnotic metaphors.
  6. Escalate deviance with ease and apply the Interrogation Confession Method.
What we'll build
Red

Red Belt

RANK 8 · NEAR-MASTER
Operator must be able to
  1. Score 4/5 on all Authority Metrics daily.
  2. Hypnotise confidently and apply any influence technique to create an outcome.
  3. Be well-practiced with influence formulae.
  4. Demonstrate Sigma Protocol, Lilac, and the Grace formula on a stranger (clear goal, tactics explained).
  5. Apply TCP flawlessly, perform KAPTOR for the expected result, and apply the basics of Avery.

Black

RANK 9 · MASTER
Operator must be able to
  1. Be a master of all profiling and influence techniques, practicing daily and still improving.
  2. Teach others the skills.
